Access, participation, and use of the website are free and are governed by these terms and conditions, which are understood to be known and accepted by the website user(s) (hereinafter “the User”):

Solla reserves the right to modify its internet website contents, services, presentation, terms of use, and location, without previously forewarning the User(s).

Intelectual  property  and use of the contents

Contents such as trademarks, distinctive signs, ensigns, logos, texts, fixed images and animated images, animations, videos, computer graphics and other graphic or audio elements found at the Solla website are exclusive property of Solla.  Therefore their total or partial reproduction or modifications by means known or to be known, as well as translation into any language without previous written authorization from Solla are strictly forbidden.

Links to other Internet pages are offered as a service to the User(s).  Since Solla was not involved in their production, Solla is not responsible for their contents.

 User handling of information

In order to use some services or to have access to certain contents, the User(s) must previously provide some private information. Solla will use such data exclusively for its originally intended purpose.

The data  requested includes, but  is not limited to, names, last names, identification numbers, date of birth, gender, phone number, actual and electronic address, country, city, and so on. The User(s) assume(s) all risks ensuing from providing such information through the internet, which depends on several different variables – attacks by third parties, technical or technological malfunction, and others – which means there is no absolute guarantee that the information will be preserved and protected against third parties under all circumstances.

User consents to provide his/her personal information freely and aware of the characteristics of the website, understanding that such information will make part of records and/or databases which will contain his/her profile, and that Solla will make good use of such information under the terms and conditions set forth hereby.

The information provided by the User(s) will be protected under a user provided password which will allow access to the benefits of the Solla website where among other things the user will be able to modify such information at any time.

User(s) are committed not to reveal or deliver their password to any third party, for this would venerate the security of the password and in turn the privacy of the information.  User(s) private information may be used by Solla in order to, create a database or file, keep direct contact with users in order to provide information which might be of their interest, and for all purposes that Solla may consider good for the Users.

Solla shall reveal all or part of the personal information it holds on the User(s), in case judicial or competent authorities request it, and in such case User(s) shall not have the right to sue for compensation or indemnification.

User(s) may ask Solla at any time, to withdraw his/her personal information from the database and to dislodge him/her from the programs and services available at the Solla sites, for such purpose user must contact customer service at: servicioalcliente@solla.com, expressing his/her intention.  In doing so Users will stop participating of all the benefits derived from his/her Solla database registration.

Solla shall not be liable for damages related to illegal third party access to the database.

Forums, blogs, chats, surveys, comments and other website participatory instances.  

The User(s) acknowledge that his/her participation in any forum, chat, comments, blog or any other website participatory instances, shall take place under his/her exclusive responsibility, and also that the opinions, actions or behavior of other User(s) in such spaces shall be the exclusive responsibility of those issuing them or performing them, keeping Solla harmless inasmuch as not guaranteeing the quality or qualifications of such conducts, opinions, or the consequences which may arise in favor of or against other User or third party.

The design, management, intention and traits of all Solla website participatory spaces fall exclusively under the discretion of Solla, and Solla may at any time make changes, suppress, or determine the amount of participants allowed in each of them.

User authorizes Solla to review the comments and opinions expressed in the website, to suppress the ones deemed improper, as well as to interrupt communication in those cases in which Solla deems proper to do so.

Solla understands that the authorship of every comment, message, opinion, information, or the like, uploaded into the website belongs to those uploading them. 

It is absolutely forbidden to upload comments, messages, opinions, information, and so on, containing material which is defamatory, abusive, immoral or indecent, discriminating, offensive, obscene, intimidating, slandering, improper, illegal, in any manner against the rights of others including minors, causing damage or prejudice, limiting or hindering the right of all to use the web, criminal or which extols crime or which promotes violence and/or the commission of crimes.  Sending viruses or to straying from the topics proposed at the forum is also forbidden.

Participation at the forums, chats, comments and other similar participatory spaces within the website imply the irrevocable commitment of each User to keep Solla immune from any responsibility arising from the breaching of these terms and conditions of use, which includes damages to other User(s) or to any other third party.

Promotions, contests and events 

Promotions, contests, raffles and/or events implemented at the website shall be subject to the regulations and conditions established by Solla in each case.  Each promotion, contest or event promoted or performed through the website shall be subject to specifically indicated Privacy rules, and therefore in this regard, participants must be aware of the rules specified in each case, which shall be part of a supplement to the conditions of use and privacy policies previously explained, as long as they are not exclusive.

Responsability
 

Although Solla provides a website with available contents and technological means for the User(s), Solla does not provide guarantees of any type and it is neither responsible for any damages which may occur whether direct, indirect, or incidental, nor for loss of data, profits, contents, programs as well as errors or omissions, site malfunctions, virus or malware transmission, or for contents that are malicious or harmful contents.

User(s) assume full responsibility for the use of the website.  Such responsibility extends to the registrations which may be needed to access certain services or contents.  In such register User(s) shall be responsible for providing true and lawful information.  As a result of this registration, User(s) shall bear a password, shall be responsible for it, and shall be committed to make diligent and confidential use of such password.
